HAUS instructed to manage Peacock House, Camberwell (SE5)

We’ve just taken over the management of Peacock House in Camberwell.

A cracking conversion of an 18^th Century Hospital. It’s a Grade 2 Listed building, and our oldest property. Its fitting therefore that its managed by our oldest property manager, Nigel – who has a wealth of experience managing listed buildings. One of the Director’s main source of dissatisfaction with the previous regime was a lack of solid financial reporting, so we’re in the process of drawing together final pieces of handover information from the previous agent which will enable us to get our first brief report out this month.
