Gareth Martin
Gareth MartinMANAGING DIRECTOR
Gareth founded HAUS in 2008 following a successful career in financial services and property. As the driving force behind the company, he focuses on shaping its strategic direction and ensuring operations align with the overarching vision. While Gareth remains actively engaged in guiding key initiatives, he leaves the day-to-day client interactions to his capable team. A champion of smarter communication, he encourages less reliance on email and remains refreshingly detached from social media trends. Notably, Gareth once played Sean Bean at pool—and won.

Richard Delaney
Richard DelaneyDIRECTOR
Richard has an MSc in Real Estate, is a qualified yoga teacher, and brings over 20 years of property experience to HAUS. As Commercial Director, he leads client onboarding, refines engagement strategies, and resolves high-level challenges, always prioritizing strong client relationships. Known for his expertise in the Right-to-Manage process, He once managed the French Embassy in Georgia and has a very old whippet
Graham Bennett
Graham BennettHEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Graham brings 30 years of experience in leasehold management, much of it at a senior level. His career includes roles as Head of Estates at Ringley Management, Head of Property at Fifield Glen, and Director of Property at Regender
Group. He also spent seven years in the Royal Navy. Graham takes overall responsibility for managing our property team and is deeply involved in client meetings, maintaining a hands-on approach with clients. His in-depth knowledge of all things leasehold ensures the highest standards across the portfolio. Graham once worked-out live on national TV dressed as an elephant and tells us that this was to promote building safety in the Greater Manchester area
Jamie Lee Damster
Jamie Lee DamsterOPERATIONS DIRECTOR
As Operations Director, Jamie oversees the management of our 80-strong back-office team, ensuring the seamless operation of internal processes. With nearly a decade at HAUS and 15 years of experience in residential management, she has played a pivotal role in shaping many of the company’s current systems. While primarily focused on operational excellence, Jamie maintains close involvement with client matters to ensure high standards of service. Known for her dedication to precision, she ensures the team adheres strictly to back-office protocols. In her spare time, she is an avid collector of Christmas jumpers

Megan Davies
Megan DaviesFINANCIAL CONTROLLER
As Financial Controller, Megan Ensures the smooth financial management of our financial operations. With 25 years of experience, including 19 in the property management sector, she combines extensive practical expertise with a range of bookkeeping qualifications. Now in her 12th year with HAUS, Megan also troubleshoots complex issues across the portfolio and works closely with clients to deliver tailored financial solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys reading fantasy novels and lists The Lord of the Rings as her favorite film—though she firmly denies being a nerd.

Kellie Connell
Kellie ConnellCLIENT SERVICE DIRECTOR
As Client Service Director, Kellie is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service across our portfolio. With over 10 years of experience in property management and client relations, she joined HAUS in 2021, bringing her expertise from senior roles in the industry. Before transitioning to property, Kellie worked as a production assistant in the film industry. Outside of work, she enjoys football and travel, and she holds the MIRPM qualification, reflecting her dedication to professional excellence
